Shazli Yool – Fleet Manager

Shaz joined MLCI in April 2009. He worked as a Truck Driver and Operator, and then served as our Rock Pit Supervisor for several years. His knowledge and ability to manage others positioned him for his advancement to Fleet Manager where he is responsible for the scheduling and maintenance of our extensive vehicle and heavy equipment fleet.

Brett Sly, Superintendent

Brett Sly – Superintendent

Brett has worked in heavy construction since 1983, joining Murray Logan Construction, Inc. in 1986 upon his graduation from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Brett has served many roles for the Company leading to his long standing position as Superintendent for Major Projects. His hands on experience, combined with his formal college education, have resulted in years of successful projects completed.

Ed Davis, Superintendent

Ed Davis – Superintendent

Ed Davis has over 35 years of field experience in the heavy/marine construction industry, having served as Foreman or Superintendent on over 270 projects including bridges, marinas, seawalls, bulkheads, docks, boardwalks, water control structures and other specialty projects in South Florida. He excels in pile driving and concrete construction and he is a Master Carpenter. Ed’s expertise includes hands on construction, estimating, layout, crew leadership, scheduling and safety. Ed has supervised MLCI projects including storm water pump stations, marinas, docks and a breakwater. His skill and willingness to contribute better position MLCI for future projects.

Cindy Fader, Controller/Office Manager

Cindy Fader – Controller/Office Manager

Cindy has worked in accounting since 1987, joining Murray Logan Construction, Inc. in 2004. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Carson-Newman University and a Masters Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Cindy received her Florida Certified Public License in 1991 and worked in public accounting preparing corporate and personal income tax returns and corporate financial statements until she joined Murray Logan Construction, Inc. Her public accounting experience, combined with her formal college education, position her well to perform and manage our office staff and human resource needs.

Mona Pierro – Payroll and Office Administration

Mona Pierro – Payroll and Office Administration

Mona Pierro joined MLCI in June 2015. She brought experience gained from her 12 years in administration in the heavy marine construction industry plus 5 years in local government. She is responsible for Payroll, and she also assists with Scheduling to cover job site needs. Mona’s daily contribution makes her an important part of our team.

Laura Strickland – Accts. Payables & Scheduling

Laura Strickland – Accts. Payable/Receivable & Scheduling

Laura joined Murray Logan Construction, Inc. in 2010. She is responsible for accounts payable/receivable and uses her prior experience in customer service in working with our vendors. She also assists with project information and scheduling for the jobsites. Laura's willingness to help in any way possible has made her a valuable asset to our Company.

Murray Logan Construction has 14 full-time site Foremen to oversee the daily operation of each job site. The Foreman have a wide range of skills and know-how with over 150 years of combined construction experience. The support staff of truck drivers, welders, mechanics, equipment operators, and trusted sub-contractors enable us to offer complete in-house construction capabilities for your project.
